FAQ
1. What is your shipping policy?
All macarons are made to order and ship on Monday-Wednesdays by UPS from Los Angeles, CA. Orders placed Monday through Thursday are shipped out on Monday & Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday are shipped out on Wednesday.
2. What if my order comes crushed in the mail? Do you have some type of guarantee?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund the amount in full and send a replacement dozen. We are committed to our customers and making sure you are 100% satisfied. Macarons are fragile, so slight breakage is expected, but severe broken or crushed are not. We are more than happy to replace and refund. Simply contact us and we'll get to it right away!
3. Are all of your macarons gluten free?
Yes, we use almond flour from local California farms. No wheat flour is used. But we do use nuts, dairy, eggs, and sugar in all of our macarons. For any other allergies, please contact us before ordering to ensure a safe product.
4. Where is your store?
We currently do not have a brick and mortar location, but you can find us weekly at the Torrance Farmers Market every Tuesday and Saturday morning from 8-1pm. If for any reason, you are unable to stop by and are local to the South Bay area, we can schedule a pickup at our commercial kitchen in Redondo Beach, CA.
5. How should I store the macarons once received?
The macarons are shipped on ice packs and should be enjoyed within 3 days of arrival. Macarons not eaten right away should be refrigerated to ensure proper texture. Let sit for 10min. before enjoying to allow the macaron to come to room temperature.
